Apparantly, every Spaniard in Spain has a recipe for gazpacho. Although, I'm not a Spaniard, I have my own. Based on your recipe, I would suggest 2 things:

1) From the sound of it, you probably wouldn't do without the Tabasco, but I like mine without.

2) This is *crucial*: replace the basalmic with Sherry vinegar. Sherry vinegar *makes* the gazpacho, IMHO. Tastes like Sevilla on a hot summer night.

THanks for providing such beaufiul recipie.
I am just having one problem. I would not let that cat to sit on the counter top of my kitchen Because I am having a brand new Granite Counter Top. Which I love so much.
